Phil releases "Old Glory" to radio!

The AI home page has an article up about Phil releasing his great patriotic song, "Old Glory" to country radio. Other sources have the same article. I noticed that the author mistitled one of the songs, the very one that Phil would say launched his country career, . Unfortunately, so far that I know, no one has a link to the revised version of this song yet. Iunderstand that the song had to be changed some to play on radio. Any site that has the article up has the youtube link, which is the one below, of Phil performing "Old Glory" in Wichita, KS, last year. I'll also post the one with the montage by Danny, which causes many to get tears. Great job, Danny, . And since I said that I would display a graphic about the song Phil's phan Melissa at his msn board made me once I know for sure it was released, here it is, along with a banner I asked her to make me. Okay, I'm curious, what had to be changed in the song? I've heard the song several time and I don't recall anything inappropriate.

It doesn't have to do with anything inappropriate, but rather with the length of the song. Sorry for not making that clear, . I'm also on Phil's msn site, and his dad posts there as well. He said that some lines had to be changed to get the song to under 4 minutes. I guess, and it's just my guess, as I don't have first-hand knowledge of this kind of stuff, that there are requirements concerning how long a song should be for radio play.
