Another good review of Phil's cd from the Miami Herald. This guy has not really been terribly positive of Idols in the past; but he gives Phil's cd a positive review. There is a chance to also download 30 seconds of "'Round Here," which Phil mentioned on his myspace. I left a comment to counter those who felt creeped out by Phil.
