There is this site called eventful.com where you can go start what is called a demand on your favorite artist. There are some up already for Phil, one of them being Jacksonville. I myself am still getting familiar with the system, when I signed up to demand Ace Young. I have started one, too, for Phil, in my home town of Lakeland. You can find out about demands at the link below. The second one is the one I first saw about Phil and lists the cities that have already demanded him.
